No returns after 30 days. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on electrical or special order parts. 90 days warranty on most parts. Please ask about our available extended warranties.
Electrical Parts
Jim DeFreece Auto Recyclers is beginning a new program for all electrical parts. As of June 1, 2009 any electrical part that we have in our stock will be guaranteed to work for its' intended application. These parts will be available to use on a loaner basis for $20 non-refundable fee. The fee can then be applied to the sale price of the part if it is needed for the repair. Electrical parts that are special ordered from outside sources are not eligible for this program and are non-returnable. Due to the vast amounts of returns of electrical parts due to said part not being the original problem, we feel this program is necessary to maintain an accurate inventory for you repair needs. Delivery and pick up will still be available for any orders or returns. We would like to be notified as soon as possible for any pick ups to ensure we have as many parts available for your or someone else's needs.
